How can the accounts be locked for editing?

1. To lock the accounts navigate to home and click lock/unlock. 

2. This will then prompt you to enter and confirm the password the user would like to choose for this file.

3. To unlock the file click on the button that will now say unlock and enter the password. 

Note: Contact support if the file is unable to be unlocked the file after the lock process has been followed.
