How to use GoToAssist

The Technical Support team may need to see your screen to be able to resolve an issue.

1. When prompted, go to the website www.caseware.com/uk/support

This will then take you to our Caseware Customer Support page.

 

2. Scroll down to the Live Remote Assistance section and select Connect with a team member.

 

3. Enter the 9-digit code, provided by our Technical Support representative, and select submit.

  

4. You may be prompted to ‘open’, ‘launch’, ‘download’ or ‘start’ the application.

Accept the prompt to continue. 

 

5. A final prompt will appear, prior to sharing your screen. Read the prompt and, when ready, select OK.

When connected, a box will notify you that your screen is being viewed. 

 

6. Once finished, leave feedback on your experience. While this is optional, we highly value your feedback and it helps us to improve the experience for our customers.
