Importing a Trial Balance - Cloud Audit (Mercia)

Follow these steps to import a Trial Balance into a Cloud Audit engagement:

1. Open the Data tab and select the relevant import method.

This example will cover the import process for Excel or CSV.

2. Confirm whether you are importing a Final Trial Balance or Planning Trial Balance and select Next:

3. Use the dropdown column header menus to define each column and use the tick boxes to deselect any rows that do not contain data to be imported:

4. Scroll to the bottom of the window and choose whether to include any zero-balance accounts.

Once you are ready to import your Trial Balance, select the Import button:

5. Your imported Trial Balance will display within the Accounts section of the Data tab:
