Completing a Client Information Request - Cloud Audit (Mercia)
Follow these steps for completing a returned client information request in the Cloud Audit templates:
1. From the Documents tab, open the Client information request document:
2. Once the client has responded to all questions, you will see a confirmation at the top of the document:
3. You will see activity timestamps for question responses:
4. You have the option to return the response, for more detail, or accept it:
5. Once you are happy with the responses, select COMPLETE in the top-right:
6. Select CONTINUE to confirm the locking of this document, preventing any further work on it (if you require further client information, you have the option to add a new standard request or create a custom request):
7. The document status will update to Complete and each question will display as Accepted:
8. Returning to the Documents tab, you will see a tick indicating that the document is signed-off and that provided documents (in this case, the Trial Balance) are automatically added:
