Changing the type of accounts after build

When there is a requirement to change the structure of the accounts being built, use the option available under the Technical Support menu.

For example, the accounts may have been built as a single entity previously and a consolidated structure is now required (or vice versa).

1. Within the Start document, open the Technical Support menu by right-clicking on the yellow light bulb in the top-right corner of the screen:

2. Click on Display Technical Support information in all "RCMSs"

3. Right-click on the yellow light bulb a second time and select Override built Accounts, and allow change of Client Type etc:

4. Read the following warning, then click OK:

5. Review the Start and General Information wizards, then complete the Accounts Wizard and build the accounts in their new format.
