My Balance Sheet is split across two pages. How can I show it on a single page?

There may be an instance where the Balance Sheet signatory and/or footnotes are moved onto the next page, due to the size of the statement.

1. To show the statement on a single page, reduce the number of space lines before the signature.

2. This setting is located in the Signature options at the foot of the Balance Sheet.

3. Use the dropdown menu to adjust the number of space lines.

4. If further reduction in spacing is required, use the enable editing and edit text functions.

5. The enable editing function is accessible via the View tab on the CaseView toolbar.

Note: If you do not have the password, please contact your super user.

6. The edit text function is accessible via the icon beneath the Presentation tab. This does not require a password.

7. Once in the enable editing/edit text mode, you may see black paragraph markers around the signatory. Each paragraph marker indicates a space. You are able to remove these using the Delete key on the keyboard, which in turn will reduce the spacing and allow the Balance Sheet to fit onto a single page.

If you have removed paragraph markers in this area and later change your mind, perform a remove and replace on the Balance Sheet. Please click here for guidance.

Alternatively, you have the option to add a page break to split the Balance Sheet over two pages. For guidance on how to do this, please click here.
