How to insert a page break on the Balance Sheet

You can insert a page break beneath the Net Assets total on the Balance Sheet, to split the statements over two pages.

You can use this function to improve the presentation where part of the Balance Sheet, such as the signatory, shows on the next page.

1. Select any row in the Balance Sheet and select the Insert page break within this table icon beneath the Note tab.

2. The page break will be inserted beneath the Net Assets total, above the Capital and Reserves section.

Note: Column headers will automatically be added to show on the second page, along with the main Balance Sheet header.

3. To remove the page break, click on any row in the Balance Sheet and select the Insert page break within this table icon beneath the Note tab.
