There are several signature options located at the foot of the Balance sheet. This article explains each option.

If required, select the number of space lines required before signature(s)

Choose from 0-10 lines between the wording and the Directors signature.

Include one or two additional signature rows (if required)

Insert up to 2 additional rows allowing for additional signatories.

Tick here to print second signature column

Allows a second signature box alongside the first.

Tick here to print (dotted) lines above the signatory names

Tick here to print date after signature

Prints the date after the signature(s) under board approval, as per accounts completion.

Note: When selecting this feature, an additional option will appear allowing you to insert extra space between the Directors name and the date.
