Caseware Cloud - Corporation Tax HUB (BETA)

Find the HUB on the main menu of your Caseware Cloud account:

Firm View

When you open the HUB, you will be taken straight to the Firm View.

1. My work filter- use this to filter the list to show engagements assigned only to you.  This will always default to show all engagements.

2. Entity filter- set this to All Entities to view all applicable engagements, or choose an entity to view submissions for a particular entity.

3. Date selector- use this to filter by month the submission is due to HMRC.

4. Completion filter- use this to filter the list to show completed and uncompleted submissions.  This will always default to show just incomplete submissions.

5. Submission list – a list of HMRC submissions based on the filter settings. The list is sortable by clicking on the column headers.

6. ID hyperlink – a hyperlink to the detailed submission information, including the submission history and a list of xml and html files submitted.

7. Submission status chart – a donut chart summarising the status of the filtered list of engagements.

8. Page selector - scroll through your portfolio using the arrow buttons provided.

In order for a submission to appear in the Corporation Tax HUB, the Caseware Working Papers file must be linked to a Cloud entity (and the due date for the HMRC submission in that file must be populated).

The submission status will automatically progress from No submission, to Submission in progress, to Submission successful (providing you use Caseware Cloud to submit to Accounts to HMRC). 

However, you can manually mark the submission as completed in the AccountsAdvanced WIZARD, under Engagement setup.
