iXBRL Error - NameIndividualSegment

If you receive the iXBRL error NameIndividualSegment whilst exporting your XBRL, this is likely due to your Turnover note being tagged incorrectly.

The Turnover note is covered by our Auto-Tag process, and so this may be resolved by first unlocking your accounts and taking the Functionality update Mandatory Tags.

Following this reapply your tags using the Auto-Tag process, whilst accepting any Turnover note tagging prompts.

If you find that this does not resolve your issue, or you are manually tagging your Turnover note, you will need to ensure the Activity Type set within the tag’s Context relates to the row number it is within the note.

For example, the first row in the note should have the appropriate label selected, followed by the reluctant Context, ensuring Activity 1 is selected for that context.

This activity type will need to be consistent across each tag within that row, including the row header, current year and prior year values.

Note: This does not apply to the subtotal row.
