Printing or skipping columns in Notebuilder Advanced

There is an option in Notebuilder Advanced to toggle the option to show or hide column options.

In the above example, there are no prior year values, so this column requires skipping.

1. To toggle this, select the option for Column on the Table skip area of the toolbar.

2. This will cycle between 3 options – no skip, numeric skip, and always skip.

• Print – the column will print regardless of content (individual rows can still be skipped using the analogous row skip function. 
• Skip when zero – if all numeric cells in the column are zero, it skips.
• Skip – the column will skip regardless of content.

3. In the given example, the final setting required is skip.
