Corporation Tax DPL Worksheet - Look up map codes

Within the Caseware Corporation Tax template, the Detailed Profit and Loss account worksheet is pre-populated from the Trial Balance imported into the Caseware Working Papers file.
This pre-population is accomplished using mapping masks, where certain Trial Balance codes are grouped and brought through together.

This article includes two schedules to clarify for users the way in which Trial Balance figures are brought through to the Detailed Profit and Loss account.

Please note that, due to the variety of custom map codes that can be added and the potential for conflicting use cases between users, many custom codes will not be displayed on the DPL by default and will require manual entries on the DPL worksheet in the CT template.

Where * notation is used in the attached documents, this means values from all map codes underlying the given code will be picked up. Where ? notation is used in the attached documents, ? can take any value.

For example, M??.80* includes codes beginning with M01.80 through M99.80 such as M.01.80.00.01, M.01.80.00.02, M.35.80.00.01, M.35.80.00.11 etc.
