Errors 9248, 9043 and 9234 when submitting CT600 for periods after 31 March 2023

We have recently been made aware of errors (9248, 9043 and 9234) when submitting corporation tax files that straddle 01/04/2023 (the date the small profit rate (SPR) was introduced from) and are eligible to be taxed at the SPR.

This in turn prevents these returns from being electronically filed with HMRC. We recommend that all users who are preparing returns ensure that their relevant files are updated review the files to ensure that they are satisfied with the computation and CT600.

A hotfix will be issued to correct this problem as soon as possible. Meanwhile, if you need to submit a CT600 for any period that straddles 01/04/2023 contact support.

The updates included in this Hotfix will also be included in the next ePack release epCT3.15.04.
