epCT3.15.02 Submission Error

We have identified an issue with ePackCT3.15.02 released on 3rd April 2023 which is currently preventing the ability to submit to HMRC.

If you have not yet installed the ePack, you can continue to file with HMRC using the previous version (ePackCT3.15.01).

If, however, you have installed the ePack, and need to file any submissions imminently, please contact the support team.

We are working to fix the issue and will be updating this page on a daily basis until the issue is resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Updates:

17th April:  The Issue is now resolved and you are able to submit using files updated to epCT3.15.02 

Customers who have already added Epack, and currently have submissions that could not be submitted please follow these steps.
a) Cancel the Submission from the Cloud (ie in the CT Submissions App)
b) Reassemble the Submission in the Desktop and and resubmit as normal.

14th April: We have put in place a potential fix for this issue, we are currently working to confirm that the issue is rectified. Once this is confirmed we will be contacting all affected firms.
