Building a note back in after performing a remove and replace

You may find that a note does not build back in after performing a remove and replace on it.

This is usually because the accounts have been locked, made evident by the padlock appearing in the toolbar.


1. To unlock the accounts, go to the Completion section of the Wizard and select No dates

You may also need to untick the Client approval copy box, if you find that the accounts are still locked.

 

 

2. Once you have unlocked the accounts, go back to the accounts prep table and turn the note on again in order to allow it to build in.

Alternatively, use the KL Update button to build the note in automatically.
