My accounts are locked but I have no completion date set

If you find the accounts are locked, despite the completion section of the Wizard having no dates or client approval copy sent, they may have been manually locked from the Digital Dashboard.




While locked, Knowledge Library updates cannot be taken and the functionality of the accounts preparation table will be limited. If the accounts have been locked this way, the Digital Dashboard will have a gold banner present.




To unlock the file, navigate to the Digital Dashboard and click on the Other docs section in the top-right corner. From the options in the dropdown, select the option to Unlock updates.
