Failed to load embedded sub-document

Diagnostic error

If you get a failed to load embedded sub-document, you need to look at the last two letters within the error to work out the problem subdocument.

The example shown below is the Property Business sub-document.

Code Guidance for other subdocuments

PU = UK Property Business.

ME = Management Expenses.

TF = Overseas Trade.

PF = Overseas Property Business. 

Note: This error can happen with Trade activities/additional activity documents.

For example, AA code will be the Additional activity document that will be causing the error.

Once the Code is identified

1. Close the error message and access the Client setup, Company type section.

3. Tick the problem document and this will then build in the appendix, open the document to make sure this has built-in. Save and close the document.

Note: Skip step 4 if the document in question is required.

4. Go back to the CTWIZARD and untick the option, this will delete this document if it's not required. 

5. Re-assemble and submit.
