How to change the note number of an extra Accounting Policy

To amend the note number on an extra accounting policy, click the Number icon beneath the Note tab.

Click OK to the below prompt.

The note number will change to the N# icon below.  Right-click on the icon and select Modify Note References...

Tick the box for the Accounting Policy number you wish to use and click OK.

The Accounting Policy number will then be changed.
