How to view Accounts in Print Preview

You can review your accounts, or any document, in Print Preview.

This gives a true view of what the document will look like once printed. Try not to rely on how the accounts look in Form mode, as this can often differ from the actual print.

There are 3 ways to view print preview:

1. Press the Print Preview button.

2. Use the F4 shortcut on the keyboard.

3.  Under the File tab, select Print and then Print Preview.
