Why is my Detailed Profit and Loss Summary showing a large difference?

If you are experiencing large differences in your Detailed Profit and Loss (DPL) summary, this can be due to an issue with the individual detailed notes.

The DPL summary is populated directly by the figures present in the detailed notes.

Double check that the Subtotals are showing within the Notes, if not, see the article on how to correct this here.

Differences can also be caused by the wrong layout being loaded. To correct this, follow these steps:

1. Select anywhere within the Detailed Note

2. On the Toolbar, under the Table section, select the Load Table Layout button.

3. In the Load Note Configuration window, select the Appropriate Layout.

4. Select OK.
