Missing headers, footers or cover page

If the headers, footers or cover page are missing in the accounts they can be loaded or re-loaded via the Wizard.

1. Go to the Wizard via the Navigation toolbar in the accounts.

2. Open the Style tab in the Accs Format section of the Wizard.

3. Expand the Presentation style (advanced) tab.

4. Select or re-select the radio button(s) for the missing content, based upon whether you require standard/custom headers/footers/cover page and return to the accounts where the content will build in.
