Problems with Headers/Footers/Cover Page

The following problems can occur with the headers/footers/cover page.

• They are missing
• Custom changes are not pulling through from the Wizard
• Error messages are showing where the header/footer/cover page should be

To resolve the above issue the headers/footers/cover page can be refreshed in the Wizard.

1. Navigate to  Accs Format in the Style section.

2. Beneath the section Presentation style (advanced) the headers, footers and cover page can be re-loaded by re-selecting the radio button next to each.

Select the radio button(s) for either standard/custom content as per the current selections.

3. The custom knowledge library may need to be checked to make sure that the formatting/design for custom headers/footers/cover is correct; this can be accessed by clicking on the amend button.

4. This will open up the Custom Design Sheet in which amendments can be made.

5. Return to the accounts where the headers/footers/cover page will re-build.
