Problems with standard / custom headers / footers / Cover page - V3

If a situation arises where headers are missing, changes to custom headers made in the Accounts Wizard are not pulling through, or there are error messages showing where headers should be, refresh your headers in order to resolve the above problems.

1. Access the Accounts Wizard, select Presentation style and then click the Advanced button.

2. This will reveal the Custom KL section.

3. If you are using standard headers, click the radio button for Standard to reapply the headers.

4. Click the radio button for Custom, if you are using custom headers.

5. Allow the CaseView to build in the headers and check to see if this has resolved your problem.

Note: The process is exactly the same if there are problems with Footers or the Cover Page.
