Remove and Replace a section within the Trustees report - V3

If a section within the Trustees Report requires updating, the Pension template includes functionality to update that particular section only and not the full report.

This will ensure that user input text within the rest of the report is not overwritten. 

 

1. Locate the section that needs updating, for example the Membership table.

Right click on the tick box (or + depending on area updating), and select Compare section with Knowledge library.

 

2. This will launch the Comparison dialogue box. Select Replace.

 

3. Users will then be prompted, Would you like to keep entered data for input cells and paragraphs? 

Select Yes to retain input data entered into the section.
