How to add extra sections to an Accounting Policy

1. Add extra paragraphs (sections) to an accounting policy using the paragraph buttons beneath the Note tab.

2. Insert the first paragraph by positioning the cursor in the text and clicking on the Insert first paragraph icon.

 

3. A new section (paragraph 1) will be added above the original paragraph, as shown below in green.

 

4. To add a third paragraph, position the cursor in the text and click the Insert third paragraph icon.

 

5. A new section (paragraph 3) will be added below the original paragraph.

6. The original paragraph (paragraph 2) can be removed by clicking the Remove second paragraph icon beneath the Note tab.

 

To refer to the default Accounting Policy text, re-select the above icon and the original text will show.
