How to show nil values on a dormant Balance Sheet

1. Select any row on the Balance Sheet and use the show unused rows option under the Table tab:

2. Select the row you wish to show with nil values and use the option to show row when values are zero under the Table tab:

3. The row will change to black, indicating that it will print. 

4. To change the way that Caseware presents zero values (for example, a dash or a blank cell), use the Zero option under the table tab:
