Small companies exemption on the Directors’ Report - With QuickVid

You have the option to take advantage of the Small companies exemption in relation to the Directors’ report under s415A of the Companies Act 2006.

1. Click the question mark for Director's Report options at the top of the report and tick the box below.

Ticking the box will generate a Small Companies Note within the Director's Report.

2. If required, you can amend the text in this note by clicking on the Edit text icon beneath the Presentation tab.
