Where do I enter information to show on my Company Information page?

The information displayed on the Company Information page is entered in Wizard and accessed via the Navigation tab in the accounts.

 

Directors
The directors’ names and date of appointment/resignation are entered in the Directors tab in the General Info section of the Wizard.

 

Registered Office

The details of the registered office, a company registered number, and trading address are entered in the Company details tab, in the Start section of the Wizard.

 

The other available options for the registered office are found under Financial statements options.

 

Auditors/Accountants

The Auditors/Accountants details are entered in the Auditors/Accountants tab in the General Info section of the Wizard.

Note: The Auditors or Accountants tab will show depending on whether the company requires an audit. The audit requirement is determined from the options selected in the Start section of the Wizard, for further guidance click here.

Tick the box for Auditors name & address on the information page of financial statements to include these details on the Company Information page.

 

Bankers & Solicitors

The Bankers and Solicitors are entered in the Bankers & Solicitors tab in the General Info section of the Wizard.

Again, for these details to appear on the Company Information page, ensure that the boxes to show them are ticked.
