How can I track the status of a query on the cloud?

Queries can be better tracked across multiple engagements through the Queries view within Activities.

1. Select the top left list menu to expand
and select Activities from the available options.

 

2. Once in the Activities area select Queries from the dropdown to change to the Queries view.



3. The Queries view can be filtered to show queries on a per-entity basis or across all entities using the entity dropdown.

Specific entities can be found using the search function.   


4. The search function can be filtered as shown below. 

 

5. Once the entities are selected the Queries view will show all queries based on the assigned person, status, due date and creation date.



6. Specific queries can be found using the search function and the filter.


 

7. Select the desired query to see more detail and select View Query to open the query directly in a new window.
