How can I change my phone number for Two Factor Authentication?

You may experience a situation in which the verification code does not come through to your phone.

Within your account settings on Caseware Cloud, you have the option for backup codes:

 

When this is clicked, this will give you a list of codes that can be used. These codes can only be used once, and new codes can be generated if these have all expired.

We recommend saving these codes somewhere safe but accessible in case you are not receiving an automated verification code.
