Information required for internal investigation SE

When our support team needs to escalate your issue internally and to CWI we will require the following information.

 

What we require:

  • Permission to access email from a client - we will need an email from your authorising contact stating that they give CWI permission to access the cloud engagement for the purpose of this ticket
  • Expected Behaviour
  • Actual Behaviour
  • Reproduction Steps - Exact steps of what was being done when the issue arose
  • Name of the SE engagement that has the issue 
  • Number of users identified with the issue
  • Firm URL - e.g. uk.casewarecloud.com/firmname
  • Video demonstrating issue
  • Other attachments eg file with issue if its an external document
  • File URL - This is the URL you can see from the document manager 

 

  • Document version - this can be found in the About screen, send in a screenshot of this.
