Caseware Cloud menu appears blank for some users

After updating to Working Papers 2022 Update 1, some users might find the open file page appears blank.

 

 

1. After launching Working Papers, wait for a short period of time before clicking File, Open and Caseware Cloud.

If the Caseware Cloud menu still appears blank, attempt to reload it by clicking the File menu twice.

2. If the issue persists, navigate to your Caseware installation folder, right-click cwin64.exe and select Properties.

3. Click the Compatibility tab.

4. Click Change high DPI settings and clear all the options.

5. If the previous workarounds do not resolve the issue and it is impacting your work, contact Caseware Support.

6. Alternatively, you can bypass the Caseware Cloud menu entirely by opening the file from the Cloud interface.

 

In Cloud, select the Working Papers file, then select More Actions (...)  and Open Sync Copy.
