Pinning document within a Smart Engagement to the document map

Documents that have recently been opened can be pinned within the document map to find them easy to navigate if they are used frequently. 

1. Navigate to the document that needs to be pinned and open it. This will make it show on the document map.

2. Once this is complete navigate back to the document manager. 

3. To open the document map click on the document icon shown below. 

4. At the top of the list the document that was most recently opened will show.

5. Here the document can be pinned so this will always show at the top of the list.
