Information required for internal investigation SE
When our support team needs to escalate your issue internally and to CWI we will require the following information.
What we require:
- Permission to access email from a client - we will need an email from your authorising contact stating that they give CWI permission to access the cloud engagement for the purpose of this ticket
- Expected Behaviour
- Actual Behaviour
- Reproduction Steps - Exact steps of what was being done when the issue arose
- Name of the SE engagement that has the issue
- Number of users identified with the issue
- Firm URL - e.g. uk.casewarecloud.com/firmname
- Video demonstrating issue
- Other attachments eg file with issue if its an external document
- File URL - This is the URL you can see from the document manager
- Document version - this can be found in the About screen, send in a screenshot of this.
