How to switch between two and four column headers on the Balance Sheet

When presenting a four column Balance Sheet, you can choose whether to show two or four column headers as shown below.

By default, two column headers are included.

1. To show four column headers tick the box beneath the Balance Sheet header.

2. Untick to revert back to two column headers.
