How to complete the General Info section of the Wizard

The General Info section of the Wizard is split into five tabs as shown below.

 

Auditors/Accountants

This tab will either show as Auditors or Accountants depending on the information you have inserted in the Start section of the Wizard.

1. Enter the Auditors/Accountants nameaddress and tick the box to include these details on the company information page.

 

2. If you have an annual reappointment of auditors, select Yes from the drop down box where you will then be required to enter a date of resolution.

 

3. Once the details have been entered, tick the Completed box in the top right corner of your screen followed by Next to move onto the next tab.

 


Bankers & Solicitors

1. Enter the relevant information for the Bankers & Solicitors and then tick the Completed box followed by Next to move onto the next tab.


Share structure

1. This tab allows you to disclose the types of shares along with the value for each share for both fully paid and partly paid shares respectively.

2. Once you have entered the relevant information regarding the fully paid and partly paid shares, tick the Completed box followed by Next to move onto the next tab.

Directors

This tab allows you to enter the details for each Director including the date of appointment and resignation dates as applicable.

1. If you require more lines to enter additional Directors details, click on the cross next to the last name on the list.

2. Once the names and dates have been entered, click on the + to expand Directors benefits and Directors sundry details where you will then be able to add additional information.

 

3. Once you have entered the relevant information, tick the Completed box followed by Next to move onto the next tab.


Employees tab

This tab allows you to enter details of individual departments and the number of staff within each one for the current year and prior year.

1. The number of employees that you enter here is validated against the number entered within the Company size tab in the Start section of the Wizard. A red warning will display here if the numbers entered do not match.

2. Once the relevant information has been inserted in all five tabs, tick the Completed box at the top right of your screen and click Next to proceed to the Accs Format section of the Wizard.

3. Your progress through the Wizard is highlighted by the coloured lines under each tab. 

If there is no underline, this indicates that this section has either not been completed or is not ticked as completed. 

If the line is yellow, this indicates that this section has been completed and if the line is red, this indicates that there is an error that needs addressing.
