How to show/hide subtotals and subheaders - with QuickVid

By default, subtotals and subheaders on a section will show (providing that they are populated or contain a calculated total).

1. To hide a subtotal or subheader, select it and use the Show/Hide subheader/subtotal button under the Table section of the Toolbar.

2. This will turn the subtotal/subheader blue, and it will not print.

3. To show a subtotal/header that has been hidden, show all unused rows in the table to restore it.

4. Select the subtotal/subheader you wish to show and select the Show/Hide subheader/subtotal button under the Table tab of the Toolbar.
