Why can't I edit my accounts?

If you're unable to edit your accounts, check that Form Mode is not locked.

1. Navigate to the Home tab (in CaseView) and you will see a padlock marked Lock/Unlock:



2. If this option is highlighted, a user has set a password to lock the document.

This prevents any changes from being made to the face of the accounts.

3. To unlock the accounts, click on the padlock shown above and input the user-defined password in the pop-up window. 

4. This may be a password set by a Primary contact within your company.
