Importing a TB with mapping codes

This will require an Excel version of the Trial Balance, with a column containing the Default Map codes assigned against each Account being Imported.

1. Under the Engagement tab, select Import and then Excel File.

2. Run the Import as normal Until the Field Details step. Guidance on importing from Excel can be found here.

3. Right click the column header for the column including the Map Numbers, and select Grouping and then Mapping Number.
