Changing the Opening Balance on the Prior Year Figure within the Trial Balance
1. In the Working Trial Balance, double-click in a cell under the prior year column to open the Prior Balance tab.
2. Manually amend the figures in the opening balance of the prior year.
3. To return to the main TB, select the Working Trial Balance tab.
