Cannot convert Parent on Cloud Error
When attempting to convert a smartsync file in Caseware Working Papers from one version to another you may experience this issue.
1. Access the file on the cloud via a web browser, URL in form uk.casewarecloud.com/{your firm name}.
2. Open the file from the cloud.
3. Allow Caseware Working Papers to open the link.
This will download and convert the file in the same step.
