Missing Database files - error message

Receiving the following error message when opening a file indicates that some of the Caseware database files are missing.

In some instances, the CaseWare launch file is mistaken for the full compressed Caseware file and moved to a different location resulting in the error.

1. To resolve this issue, access the original file location and copy the file again.

2. If the file was sent to you, check that the sender compressed or zipped the file before sending it. 

3. If the file in the original location has the same problem, access a backup of the file.
