Error #: -70 Reading File

This error can be resolved by repairing the file within Caseware. If you cannot open the file at all, please call Caseware Technical Support.

If you can get into the file, please do the following:

1. Click Tools from the toolbar, followed by Repair File

2. Then tick all five boxes in the Repair File window, before clicking OK.

3. Once OK is clicked, it will ask whether you would like to take a backup. We strongly recommend that this is done.

Allow the process to run through which should remove the error message.
