Unable to load. File has been accessed on higher version - error message

When trying to log in to a Caseware file, you may get the following error message:

This is caused by someone else accessing the file on a newer version of Caseware Working Papers, for example Caseware 2022, whereas you have the previous version installed (Caseware 2021).

Files cannot open on an older version once is has been converted.

Therefore, find out which version your colleagues are on and upgrade.
