How do I check what ePack levels I have installed?

1. In order to check what ePacks you have installed, select the Home icon to navigate to your Digital Dashboard.

 

2. Once the Digital Dashboard has loaded, use the Other docs dropdown menu to select Support information.

 

3. The dashboard will show the list of templates with the corresponding ePacks installed on your machine.

If your ePack level is the same as your Bundle level, this indicates that no further ePack has been installed since the Template Bundle was installed for that particular template. The latest Template Bundle is also outlined within the above article.

The above process for AccountsAdvanced is the same for checking the Corporation Tax ePack level.

If your Dashboard does not look like this, you will need to change your layout to show the Accounts Advanced Digital Dashboard. Click here for information on how to do this, making a note of your currently selected layout so you can revert to this later.
