Compressing prior year files automatically after roll forward

1. When the engagement file is ready to be rolled forward, from the menus, select Engagement then Year End Close. The Year End Close and Roll Forward dialog will appear.

2. Tick Compress prior year file.

3. Tick Include BAK files (optional) to include all the CaseView Backup files in your compression

4. Click OK. The compression of your engagement file will take place after the rolled forward process has finished.
