What does the ’Recalculate’ function do?

The recalculate function can be used in the accounts to refresh all calculations within the document.

If changes have been made in the working trial balance, or to calculations on the face of the accounts, these should Auto Recalculate providing the below option is ticked.

This can be found on the left-hand side of the Tools tab.

In some instances, you may be required to manually Recalculate the document.

This function is found in the Tools menu on the CaseView toolbar.
