Modifying issues another user has created

If Issues created by another user cannot be edited as they are greyed out the option to modify issues created by other users will need to be selected. 

1. On the top Toolbar select tools and then Options. 

2. Within Options select Advanced. 

3. Tick the box to modify issues created by other users.
