The file is set as consolidated but the accounts are only showing single entity notes

When a file is amended from a single entity and is then changed to a group in the wizard, the notes can get stuck.

This will mean rather than building in the group table the single entity table will still show. 

On each note that is showing incorrectly a remove and replace will need to be performed.
