Why does the share capital note differ to the value in the Trial Balance?

The Share Capital note in the accounts is driven by the information recorded within the Wizard.

The amounts recorded here must match the amounts mapped to G01* for Share Capital in the trial balance.

1. In the wizard select the Share structure tab in the General Info section.

2. Enter the amounts for authorised share capital and issued shares fully/partly paid.

3. If the issued share capital is increased/decreased in the mapped trial balance, the data in Share structure tab must be updated to reflect this.

If the total amounts in the Share structure tab do not agree with the TB, you will see the following warning message, the error must be cleared before proceeding.
